Our Convictions

Our mission at Rose City Baptist Church is to display the glory of God to the world. We are a gathering of individuals standing in solidarity in Christ with the universal church. Our purpose is to worship God and equip ourselves to share the Gospel beyond our church doors.

Reading Scripture | Rose City Baptist Church teaches through Scripture

Gospel-centered.

The gospel is the lens through which we see and understand everything else. Our words and actions are defined by God’s grace, and our teaching is verse by verse through Scripture.

Spiritual | Rose City recognizes the power of the Holy Spirit.

Spiritually-passionate.

We recognize the necessity of the Holy Spirit’s empowering presence within our Sunday church service and beyond our church doors every moment of the week.

Community | Rose City Baptist Church is a family

Community-oriented.

We hold to a missional understanding of the local church, by which God chooses to establish His kingdom on earth. We believe we are a family called to love those around us with the same love extended to us in the gospel.

Statement of Faith

We at Rose City Baptist Church adhere to the tenets of historical Christianity. We accept the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the living Word of God and, therefore, the only infallible source of faith and life.
